User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep credentials confidential when accessing Metric Forge Academy materials. Participants must not redistribute proprietary lab files, recordings, or facilitator notes outside the cohort agreement signed at enrollment. You shall not attempt to disrupt live sessions, interfere with other participants, or use automated tools to scrape the learning portal.

Liability

Training is provided for professional development; outcomes depend on your organization’s data quality, governance, and adoption practices. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, the academy’s aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All curricula, slide decks, templates, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Metric Forge Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials during the cohort and for internal business purposes thereafter, subject to confidentiality obligations. Feedback you provide may be used to improve programs without obligation of compensation, provided it does not include your confidential business data.

Acceptance

By submitting an inquiry, registering for a cohort, or accessing paid materials, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future deliverables.

Service description

Programs include scheduled live instruction, structured assignments, office hours where advertised, and access to designated digital resources for the stated access window. Schedules, facilitators, and module sequencing may be adjusted to reflect cohort needs, provided the overall learning objectives remain materially consistent. Optional add-ons, such as extended template access, are described separately at purchase and governed by the same dispute framework unless expressly varied.
