Data Protection

Rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosure and may ask for reasonable information to confirm identity before fulfilling a request. If you believe processing infringes applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction where such a right exists.
Use of data
We use contact and company details to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, administer cohort enrollment, and deliver program communications. Usage analytics on the public site help us understand navigation patterns in aggregate so we can improve information architecture and content clarity. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing for public site visitors.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for a period necessary to evaluate commercial interest and to document contractual discussions, typically up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legal claims. Enrollment records, billing references, and attendance metadata are retained in accordance with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements applicable in Korea. When retention periods expire, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data where deletion is technically feasible and not prohibited by law.
Third parties
We may use infrastructure and communications providers to host content, transmit email, and operate scheduling tools, each bound by confidentiality and security commitments. Payment references may be processed by regulated financial partners; card data is handled according to their standards and is not stored on this marketing site. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are governed solely by their respective policies.

Cookie Settings

Preferences
You can revisit cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, which clears non-essential storage only when you adjust preferences accordingly. Essential cookies support core navigation and security; analytics cookies are optional and require your affirmative choice through the consent layer. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect how certain pages render or remember your selections.
Third parties
If analytics tools are enabled with your consent, limited technical events may be processed by subprocessors under strict configuration minimizing personal data fields. We do not intentionally permit advertising networks to profile visitors on this site as part of the default configuration described in program proposals. Embedded maps or media from third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with them; those relationships are governed by the third party’s disclosures.
Consent
Consent for non-essential cookies is obtained through a clear affirmative action and can be withdrawn without detriment to accessing general information pages. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal where such processing was based on consent. We document consent events at a high level to demonstrate accountability and to reconcile preferences across sessions where technically supported.
Categories
Strictly necessary cookies maintain session continuity, load balancing, and security protections against common abuse patterns. Preference cookies remember choices such as reduced motion or interface density when those features are offered and selected. Analytics cookies, when allowed, collect aggregated statistics about page views and approximate geography without attempting to re-identify individuals beyond what is proportionate.

Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-03-22
Scope
This policy applies to corporate cohort enrollments and open enrollment purchases where a written order form or checkout summary references Metric Forge Academy as the supplier. Government and heavily customized engagements may include separate refund language; where a master agreement exists, it prevails for that engagement. Donations, third-party examination fees, and software licenses billed by independent vendors are outside the scope of refunds processed by the academy.
Process
Refund requests must be emailed to welcome@elite-system.one with participant name, cohort identifier, and a concise explanation of the basis for the request. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days and may request reasonable documentation to validate eligibility under the stated windows. Approved refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise a bank transfer may be arranged.
Exceptions
No refund is available once digital assets have been downloaded in bulk where a waiver was accepted at the point of delivery, except where mandatory consumer rights apply. If a cohort is rescheduled with more than fourteen days’ notice and you cannot attend the new dates, you may transfer to a later cohort once without additional tuition where capacity exists. Force majeure events that make delivery impossible may trigger alternative remedies such as credit notes rather than immediate cash refunds, consistent with applicable law.
Timeframe
Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to distance contracts, you may withdraw within fourteen days from the date of the written agreement, provided live services have not commenced. If live services have commenced at your request before the cooling-off period ends, you may be charged for services proportionate to consumption as permitted by law. Processing of approved refunds is typically completed within fourteen business days of approval, subject to banking cycles outside our control.
